About the event
Learning Outcomes:
- instructions on stacking and covering a buttercream cake
- the secrets to making a great buttercream
- achieve straight sides on your cake with helpful tips
- get baking, storage and transport tips
What to bring:
- An apron if you wish to use one
What you’ll get:
- instructions and guidance to cut, fill, stack, crumb coat and ice a vanilla cake
- cake will be pre-baked for you to create a one-tier cake
- to decorate the cake in your own design using the extensive range of sprinkles, stencils and piping tips available as well as knowledge to prepare flowers for decorating your cake
- light refreshments, tea/coffee & water
